FAQ
Do you only work with men?
Not at all.
While most of my 1-on-1 clients are men—particularly dads, business owners, and high-performers—I’ve worked with plenty of women over the years. That said, if you’re a woman looking for a program built specifically for your needs, my wife Angie runs The Angie Method, which is a powerful and proven coaching experience designed just for women.
If that feels like a better fit, I’ll gladly point you in her direction.
Do you only coach online, or do you work with people locally?
Both.
I live in Dripping Springs, Texas, and I work with a handful of clients here in person. Some train with me in the gym. Others prefer a hybrid approach—some in-person sessions, some online check-ins.
If you’re local and want that kind of setup, just mention it when you fill out the form. We’ll figure out what makes the most sense for your goals and schedule.
How much does coaching cost?
Pricing varies depending on the level of support, but here’s what you should know upfront:
This isn’t a low-ticket fitness challenge or a mass-market app. It’s real, personalized coaching with direct access to me.
If you’re looking for the cheapest option, I’m probably not it.
But if you’re looking for a clear return on your time, energy, and investment—and a coach who’s fully in your corner—then we should talk.
(We’ll cover all pricing during your discovery call so you know exactly what to expect.)
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary based on your goals, consistency, and season of life—but here’s the truth:
Most of my clients get leaner, stronger, and more energized. But beyond the physical, they build confidence, momentum, and ownership.
They stop spinning their wheels. They get in control again. They become someone their family and team can count on—not just physically, but as a leader.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
Totally fine. I’ve coached through back issues, shoulder surgeries, burnout, high stress, and everything in between.
The whole point of coaching is to create a plan that actually fits you—your body, your lifestyle, and your recovery needs.
We’ll work around it while we work on it.
Do I need a gym or fancy equipment?
Nope. Some clients train at commercial gyms. Others have a garage setup or just a few key pieces at home.
We’ll build your training around the equipment you have—and we’ll upgrade as needed when the time is right.
How long do most clients work with you?
Some come in for a specific goal or season. Others stay on for years because they value having a thinking partner in their corner.
There’s no contract. No pressure. You stay as long as you’re getting what you need.
But the goal is always the same: to make you more capable, more confident, and more independent.
What if I’m not in great shape yet?
No problem. You don’t need to “earn” your way into this.
You just need to be honest about where you are and open to being coached.
This isn’t about proving anything—it’s about building something that lasts.
