I’m not here to give you a 30-day shred plan or make you live like a full-time athlete.

I’m not here to turn you into a version of me.

And I’m definitely not here to bark orders and act like discipline is the only thing that matters.

Instead, I act as a guide.

That means:

  • We clarify what you actually want (physically, mentally, and lifestyle-wise)

  • We create a path that fits your current season of life

  • We build the skills and systems that make those goals sustainable

Fitness becomes something that serves your life—not something that adds more pressure to it.

What Coaching Looks Like

This isn’t a cookie-cutter program, and it’s not something you can download.

It’s coaching—personal, relationship-based, and built around your life.

I work with clients all over the country (and a few internationally), but every relationship is close. You’ll have direct access to me, and we’ll stay in regular communication so nothing gets lost in the chaos of everyday life.

No guessing. Every week, you’ll know exactly what to do when it comes to training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. Everything is customized to your goals, equipment, schedule, and current season of life.

We’ll communicate weekly—sometimes that’s Zoom, sometimes that’s quick voice notes or texts. Either way, you’ll have a direct line to me. I’m not outsourcing this to assistants. You’ll never feel like just a name in an app.

My goal isn’t to keep you reliant on me forever. I coach through education and skill development. You’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing—so you’re confident making decisions long after our work together ends.

I’ll Text You

Once I review your application, I’ll shoot you a quick text to introduce myself and set up a time to talk. No sales pitch—just a real conversation.

We’ll Have a Call

We’ll get on a call to talk through where you’re at—your goals, your training history, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and what you’re hoping to get out of coaching.
You’ll also have a chance to ask me anything. This is about making sure it’s the right fit on both sides.

If It’s a Fit, You’re In

If I think I can genuinely help—and if you’re open, coachable, and ready to work—we’ll get started. I’ll invite you into the program, and we’ll schedule your onboarding call.

Your First Onboarding Call

This is where everything comes together.
You’ll get:

  • Your first workouts

  • Nutrition targets or habits to focus on

  • Clear marching orders for your first week

  • An overview of your personalized plan and what to expect going forward

From that point forward, you’re not doing this alone.
